MDF Internal Doors

38mm thick MDF doors with 10mm vertical lipping’s to both sides.

Doors are supplied with two coats of primer.

With the price of timber ever increasing, this is a cheaper alternative to our Tulip painted internal doors. Made from a single sheet of MDF with the recessed panels removed by a CNC router to create a traditional panelled door looking design. As well as the cost saving these doors offer an extremely stable form of construction. Once painted it is difficult to notice the difference.

We can also create bespoke designs, maybe you would like your children’s names routed into the surface of the door or a simple contemporary flat panel door with a 6mm groove to the perimeter.

Liner sets also available with or without sound proofing seals

Doors are supplied with two coats of primer already applied and simply requires a finishing top coat.
