34mm thick solid hardwood base, center, head rails and stiles.

Traditionally mortised and tenoned.

Supplied with two coats of primer, leaving no grain showing, ready for final sanding prior to top coat.  We recommend a test panel is completed to check compatibility before commencing with your chosen top coat paint finish.

Lock rail sits at 60/40 position as our standard, however, we are happy to alter the lock rail position if required.
