Set in the stunning Malvern Hills, with countryside views stretching as far as Wales, is our clients newly built home, a modern property and blank canvas for interiors.

From the outset the clients had a clear vision for their kitchen. They began the process by visiting our workshop, meeting the team and exploring materials and design options. While they had always liked the classic shaker style, having had it in previous homes they were drawn to alternatives like the slimline and super skinny designs. They were also interested in framed kitchens and this led them to choose imitation frame, a balance of contemporary and traditional design.

From the beginning, they were set on the dual-tone palette of green and pink and with our colour-matching service the possibilities were endless. The chosen green was described as 'an easy colour to live with' whilst the warm, earthy pink adds a wow factor to the space.

The kitchen was designed around a long open shelf with concealed fixings spanning between the wall cupboards. Other practical elements include an integrated bin system, an extractor induction hob to avoid the need for a hood and a minimalistic island with no appliances. The L shaped island was a deliberate choice, creating a distinction between the working and seating areas.

Reflecting on the process and the finished result the client said 'I am completely in love with it and I wouldn't change anything at all. I love the colours, I love the arrangement, I love the way everything works. It all feels really good quality, so I am very happy.'
